Peter Odenwälder
Peter Odenwälder is a Partner in the Operations Practice of Roland Berger and focuses on performance transformations in Manufacturing, Maintenance, R&D and Engineering.
Peter joined Roland Berger in 2022. Before his move, he gained more than 10 years of experience in top management consulting, serving multiple key clients in the chemical industry as well as in the adjacent machinery provider and EPC space (Engineering, Procurement, Construction; ‘CapEx projects’) areas. He has been leading multiple operation improvement programs in Europe, India and Asia, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to implementation.
He holds a PhD from the Max-Planck-Institute for biophysical chemistry, Göttingen, and a master’s degree in biochemistry from the Ruhr-University Bochum.
